Stöber Drive Technology boosts on-time delivery with INFORM GmbH

Stöber Drive Technology GmbH + Co. KG, a manufacturer of high-precision drive technology, faced increasing deadline pressure and complexity due to its modular product range. This created a significant challenge in controlling its complex production network. To address this, the customer turned to vendor INFORM GmbH and implemented its FELIOS Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system.

INFORM's FELIOS solution was integrated as an add-on to the customer's ERP system, initially and later with SAP. It provided a unified, real-time planning platform across all production departments, enabling demand-synchronous procurement and optimized scheduling. The key result, as stated by the plant manager, is that the high on-time delivery performance achieved would not be possible without FELIOS, especially during turbulent times, while also significantly increasing transparency along the production chain.
