Bausch+Ströbel, a world market leader for pharmaceutical filling and packaging machines, faced a major challenge in planning its highly complex, customized plants. INFORM implemented FELIOS as an add-on to Bausch+Ströbel's ERP system to automate and optimize production sequencing. The solution enabled foresighted planning weeks in advance, tracking up to 40,000 parts simultaneously with 95% automation. This allowed the company to proactively identify and resolve delays.
