Veolia Australia & New Zealand is a leading environmental services provider with more than 4,000 staff across 150 locations, managing over $10 billion in assets including 68 water and wastewater treatment plants. The company needed to standardise asset management across distributed sites, improve data quality and field reporting, meet contractual and regulatory obligations, and integrate customer systems and financials to reduce risk and operating costs.

Veolia implemented Infor Enterprise Asset Management with mobile field access and third-party integration, including seamless links to SAP (13 interfaces). This delivered faster onboarding (25 plants in two months), better data capture and decision-making, optimised asset performance, streamlined procurement and compliance, reduced downtime and risk, and greater transparency for clients and regulators.
