Tridiuum, a Philadelphia-based behavioral health technology company, helps practices screen and manage behavioral health within the broader care continuum. Faced with the time-consuming, manual extraction of behavioral health data from EHRs, Tridiuum’s four-minute electronic assessments — used to screen more than 1.2 million patients annually across 600+ clinical sites — required a way to deliver real-time information to clinicians and care teams.

Tridiuum embedded the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite into its Tridiuum1 platform to create a two-way workflow that streams behavioral data into EHRs and interoperates with scheduling, registries, and other systems. The integration sped electronic data exchange, enabled real-time treatment recommendations and care coordination, supported analytics on patterns and appointment adherence, and opened opportunities for reimbursable assessments — improving clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
