Trapil unifies its oil and gas delivery networks with Infor EAM

Trapil, a French operator of three multi-product pipeline networks that supplies oil and gas to major cities and airports, manages nearly 3,000 miles of trunk lines, 200 sites and 160 pumping and delivery stations. Facing scattered legacy maintenance systems and many remote sites, Trapil needed a unified, web-based solution to manage assets and maintenance, improve reporting for compliance, and harmonize skills across about 300 users.

Trapil implemented Infor EAM Enterprise, integrating equipment, infrastructure and installations and connecting its analytics tool to produce better reports and indicators. The rollout—supported by project and steering committees—harmonized procedures, increased visibility and control over assets, strengthened collaboration and compliance, and helped optimize budgeting and procurement while meeting its objectives, deadlines, and costs.
