St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System, a Houston-area teaching hospital network with more than 4,000 staff across six hospitals, faced the need to replace an aging healthcare IT integration platform without disrupting users. Their goals were to upgrade the interface environment, cut development time for new interfaces, and reduce the internal resources required to build and support interfaces.

St. Luke’s implemented the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite, gaining a scalable, reliable platform with enterprise-wide monitoring from a single instance. Using an internal team (with Infor support), they converted more than 200 point-to-point interfaces and 140 FTP scripts in six months, maintained 100% scheduled software and hardware uptime during migration, and reduced support staff from four analysts to one—enabling the team to take on more projects.
