Slidell Memorial Hospital is a 223-bed acute care hospital in Slidell, Louisiana, providing a range of services including a Level III NICU, heart and cancer centers, and outpatient imaging. Facing outdated, paper-based financial and supply processes and the need to better integrate with clinical systems and partner Ochsner, the hospital sought modern technology to improve efficiency, control costs, and expand local care.

Slidell implemented Infor CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management and Infor Birst to integrate systems, modernize workflows, and enable mobile approvals. The solution streamlined invoicing and requisitioning—cutting invoice review time from about five minutes to roughly 30–60 seconds—improved real-time visibility into spending and inventory, simplified upgrades, and provided cloud-based disaster recovery and uptime assurances.
