Seneca implemented Infor Product Configurator integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX and its web/e‑commerce sites, creating a self-service partner portal, a tailored B2B site, and a B2C storefront. The solution delivered faster, more intuitive quotes and order entry, consolidated disparate systems into one configurable platform, and streamlined product and pricing rule maintenance so changes (new products, component updates, end-of-life) could be implemented immediately and more efficiently.
