Quaker deployed Infor Sales Portal, Infor Product Configurator, 2D Design Automation and Document Automation to automate CPQ, generate dimensionally correct images for documents, and enable dealer self-service. The changes cut quote and bid production from a day or more to minutes, improved document and order accuracy, moved 100% of quotes onto the configurator with 40% done by dealers, reduced dealer training to 45-minute web sessions, and shortened new customer-service rep training from six months to two days while preserving margins.
