Midwest Wheel increases operational efficiency with Infor CloudSuite Distribution

Midwest Wheel, a fifth-generation family-owned truck parts distributor founded in 1911 with six locations in Iowa and Missouri, struggled with outdated systems as its business grew. Complex, manual processes and limited visibility made it hard to manage inventory across six warehouses, meet daily delivery goals for all customers, and scale online sales—Midwest was delivering to 95% of customers daily but needed a more integrated platform to close the gap.

Midwest Wheel implemented Infor CloudSuite Distribution with Total Warehouse Logistics, Infor OS workflows and alerts, and Birst analytics, rolling the solution out across locations with Infor Consulting. The new platform eliminated custom modifications, automated reporting and workflows, and provided real-time dashboards and alerts—resulting in significantly fewer inventory and picking errors, faster order processing, better forecasting, higher productivity, and improved customer service.
