Metalpol improves product profitability with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)

Metalpol, a more than 180‑year‑old metal casting foundry based in Węgierska Górka, Poland, needed a modern business system to manage complex castings production for automotive, agricultural, construction, mining and rail customers. The company faced inconsistent data across departments, multiple material and product indexes, and the inability to reliably calculate product margins or optimize processes for its ~250 employees.

Metalpol implemented Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) with partner ICOMP, rolling the solution out to about 60 users across design, planning, purchasing, sales, warehousing, finance and quality control and later adding enhanced finance and industry functionality. The system created a single source of truth for data, enabled accurate product costing, reduced inventory, improved materials planning and customer service, strengthened reporting and production performance, and helped the company better manage finances and increase market share.
