Kirin Brewery Company, part of Kirin Holdings, is a major Japanese beverages maker producing some 800 beer and alcohol SKUs across 60 brands. Faced with tight competition and seasonal demand swings, Kirin needed to better optimize demand and supply planning to reduce transportation costs, avoid stock-outs, and give non‑IT end users the ability to quickly adjust production, dispatch, and transfer plans.
