Jackson Health System automates contracting and sourcing with Infor Lawson Strategic Sourcing and Infor Lawson Contract Management

Jackson Health System is a public integrated delivery network in Miami with six hospitals and over 2,100 licensed beds governed by the Public Health Trust. Facing high supply costs and a paper-based, manual approach to sourcing, contracting, approvals and audits, Jackson needed to automate workflows, enforce contract spending limits, improve auditability, and increase transparent supplier participation—particularly for equity and MWBE initiatives.

Working with Infor and Infor Consulting Services, Jackson implemented Infor Lawson Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Order Management and built a web-based supplier portal. The automated, integrated solution eliminated manual RFP and bidding processes, centralized financial and supply-chain views, enforced approval and spending controls, and improved data accuracy—resulting in faster, more transparent contracting, greater vendor participation, and more time for staff to focus on analysis and strategic sourcing.
