Guascor Power, a Spanish division of Group Guascor and a global supplier of diesel and gas engine solutions, faced the challenge of linking engineering and manufacturing for complex, made-to-order designs while meeting tight production and delivery schedules and providing strong post-sales support across a large supplier network.

The company upgraded from Infor ERP Baan to Infor LN ERP, centralizing management applications and improving collaboration with customers and suppliers worldwide. The new system delivered traceable purchasing and sales processes, an improved user interface and balanced-scorecard management, better project planning, cost control and revenue recognition, and enhanced inventory and subcontractor handling—resulting in integrated management across projects, manufacturing, service, sales, supply and finance and a stronger ability to meet sector demands.
