A Infor Case Study
Grimmway Farms, a leading U.S. producer of baby carrots and more than 60 produce items, needed a robust, flexible asset-management system to support seven diverse facilities. The company had grown fragmented use of Infor MP2 Express across departments—multiple databases, unstable data, limited reporting and poor historical traceability—which made companywide maintenance management and reporting inefficient.
Grimmway cleaned and migrated its data to Infor EAM and configured web-based, integrated modules with user-defined fields, Flex SQL automation, alert management and personalized dashboards. The consolidation put 7 facilities, 10,000 assets and 273 users on one platform, cut end-of-month report prep from a day to about 30 minutes, improved data integrity and auditability, streamlined maintenance and invoicing, and enabled predictive maintenance and broader use across safety, refrigeration and inventory tracking.
