Future Supply Chains increases its supply chain efficiency with Infor WMS

Future Supply Chains Solutions Ltd, founded in 2007 as India’s first fully integrated end-to-end supply chain services company, operated a network of largely infrastructure-poor, labor-intensive warehouses serving major retail brands. Rapid growth in SKUs and volumes made inventory visibility, storage management and on-time distribution increasingly difficult, leading to lost sales and the need for a modern Warehouse Management System.

Working with Infor and partner Vinculum, the company localized and rolled out Infor WMS at 18 distribution centers in 18 months, shifting from forecast-driven “push” operations to a demand-driven “pull” system. The implementation delivered real-time stock visibility and online corrections, dramatically higher labor productivity, reduced shrinkage and shelf-management improvements, and operational efficiencies in the high 90s (with some DCs at 99–100% and near-100% stock accuracy).
