Drillmex Inc., a Montreal-based distributor of industrial cutting tools with about 30 employees, faced rapid growth and needed a scalable ERP to integrate acquisitions and improve day-to-day operations. With its on‑premise servers at 97% capacity, the company had to choose between costly hardware upgrades or moving to the cloud to support expansion and better serve customers.

The change drove a 211% increase in revenue, a 98% rise in revenue per employee, a 67% boost in orders processed per desk, a 15% drop in backorders, $167,000 in reduced IT/hardware costs over five years, and freed 25% of IT time for strategic projects.
