Brewster Dairy Integrates Systems and Boosts Productivity with Infor ION

Brewster Dairy, the largest U.S. maker of all‑natural Swiss cheese with three production sites and ~85 million pounds annual output, needed to modernize older systems to eliminate duplicate data entry, expense inventory as it’s received, and better manage assets and maintenance across plants while leaving room for future integrations like a warehouse management system.

Brewster implemented Infor ION to connect Infor Adage ERP with Inor EAM Enterprise, entering purchase orders and receipts once in ERP and sending them via ION to EAM. The upgrade from MP2 to EAM Enterprise standardized asset management across three plants, enabled inventory tracking, preventative maintenance and deeper reporting, removed customizations for easier future upgrades, and simplified potential WMS integration.
