Sterling Affairs Catering and Events, founded in 1994 in Austin, is one of Central Texas’s largest full‑service caterers and the exclusive or preferred partner for more than a dozen high‑profile venues. Before adopting ReServe, sales relied on complex linked spreadsheets to produce proposals and banquet event orders, creating information silos, training difficulties for new users, and documents that didn’t reflect the company’s professionalism.

In 2009 Sterling implemented ReServe Interactive’s Catering & Event Management software, used by the director of sales and 19 staff across six departments to sell, schedule and execute 300+ off‑premise events at 12+ venues. The centralized calendar, branded proposals/BEOs, invoicing and reporting improved accuracy, interdepartmental communication and planning, streamlined operations and produced more professional client documentation.
