Transforming Leadership Development through Virtual Training and Engaging Experiences

A global non-profit organization dedicated to youth empowerment faced a challenge with its outdated, in-person leadership development program. The existing workshop was scattered, insufficient, and not designed for a younger audience, hindering its global reach. To address this, the organization partnered with Infopro Learning to convert and transform the program into an effective virtual format using a blend of Articulate Rise 360 eLearning modules and virtual instructor-led training (vILT).

Infopro Learning developed a structured, gamified blended learning program built around a mountaineering adventure theme. The solution focused on key leadership behaviors across three courses: personal leadership, collaborative leadership, and project management. This approach led to extraordinary results, with 93% of the initial cohort from 14 countries reporting the course benefited their leadership journey and 87% stating they would recommend it to others.
