The solution developed by Infopro Learning was a customized, XML-based training course focused on the business reasons for recognition, its types, and practical guidelines. The program used role-play scenarios, anchored instructions, and mistake analysis to build skills and confidence. As a result of this training, Infopro Learning helped HP significantly reduce its employee attrition rate to 8%.
