A leading internet security software provider faced challenges integrating its three flagship products into a single Web Security Awareness Training Platform (WSAT) and lacked the resources to run effective web security campaigns. To address this, they partnered with Infopro Learning to develop a comprehensive training program that would raise product awareness and educate users on cybersecurity risks.

Infopro Learning developed five custom e-learning modules featuring bite-sized, responsive content for the platform. The solution included creating learning journeys for different employee roles, enhancing the platform's catalog with new content and assessments, and integrating phishing simulations. The program successfully populated the client's xAPI-based platform with over 100 training programs and 250 phishing templates, enabling the tracking of user engagement and successful phishing attempts.
