Infomill’s PartsArena Pro was integrated with Solarvista to give engineers mobile access to manuals, exploded diagrams, parts codes, and automated parts ordering, helping them work faster and more accurately in the field. The result was a 15% overall productivity increase, 17% improvement in first-time fix rates, 8% less time on site, 15% more tasks per shift, and a 20% reduction in contact centre calls.
