Heating World of Spares (HWOS), an independent heating parts merchant established in 2006, wanted to go beyond a standard ecommerce experience and help trade customers identify the correct heating parts more quickly and accurately while on-site. Having used Infomill’s TradeCounter system for years, HWOS turned to Infomill and its PartsArena integration to better support engineers in the field and reduce ordering errors.

Infomill implemented a PartsArena integration directly into the HWOS ecommerce website, allowing logged-in customers to diagnose faults, confirm the right part, check stock, and place orders online in one visit. The result was a faster, more efficient service with fewer wrong-part orders and no need for lengthy phone calls or return visits, and HWOS reported a rise in heating part sales along with the potential to attract new trade customers.
