Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) was mandated by its parent company, Blue Shield of California, to migrate from its on-premise GitHub Enterprise Server to GitHub Enterprise Cloud. The challenge was to execute this migration effectively while allowing internal engineering resources to remain focused on their daily tasks, requiring an experienced partner to lead the effort.

InfoMagnus joined the project early to scope the engagement, preparing tooling and systems for a seamless transition. The vendor led the migration process, which was targeted for completion by August 2024, ensuring HMSA could respond to the corporate directive while receiving continued support.
