Zephyr Real Estate, a San Francisco Bay Area brokerage with more than 300 agents, needed a better way to make complex local market data useful for its agents and customers. In a highly data-driven and geographically nuanced real estate market, the company wanted to present MLS-driven information in a clear, credible, and visually engaging way. Zephyr used Infogram to turn raw market data into polished charts and visuals for websites, presentations, email newsletters, and print marketing.

With Infogram, Zephyr Real Estate was able to create neighborhood-specific mailings and other data-rich communications much faster, reducing production time from about a week to an afternoon. The vendor’s design controls also helped keep charts on-brand without extra manual effort. Zephyr reported stronger engagement, with people asking for more charts, and plans to expand its use of Infogram for even more visual content, including school information.
