FGV/DAPP, a Brazilian think tank focused on public policy analysis, needed a faster, clearer way to make sense of conflicting dengue fever data from multiple government sources. Using Infogram, the team set out to consolidate messy public datasets and turn them into easy-to-understand visual content for officials, researchers, the media, and the public.

With Infogram’s Enterprise features, including custom branded templates and city maps, FGV/DAPP created interactive charts and infographics that made the dengue situation easier to understand and share. The visualizations drew local and global media attention, helped the team spot an overlooked neighborhood with more than 10,000 cases, and even supported field action such as drone investigations; FGV/DAPP also expanded Infogram access across its 20+ person team to produce graphics faster and at scale.
