Large British P&C Insurer Implements Automated Query Management System to Manage Open Balance Sheet Reconciliation Items

Large P&C Insurer, a major UK property and casualty insurer, was struggling to automate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and manage more than 1,500 open items using spreadsheets and manual workflows across teams in the UK and Bangalore. The company needed a better way to track queries, assign owners, maintain auditability, and reduce backlog, and turned to Infogix with Infogix Assure®, Infogix ER®, and Infogix Insight®.

Infogix implemented a query management system that captured outstanding reconciliation items from Excel, organized them by SLA, and gave 260 users a centralized way to research, resolve, and monitor issues.
