World Wide Technology (WWT), a global systems integrator, worked with Infoblox to help one of the largest U.S. electrical utilities replace hard-to-manage generic servers and a legacy network-management solution that was near end of life. The utility struggled with high maintenance overhead, no redundancy, limited security, and time-consuming manual processes.

WWT and Infoblox deployed a centrally managed Infoblox Grid with Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and DNS Firewall to consolidate management, improve security, and enable automation. The engagement delivered integrated DDI, better security and reporting, discounted pricing and simplified distribution via WWT, and ongoing deployment support including ATC proof-of-concept demonstrations.
