Manor, Switzerland’s largest department store chain with more than 11,000 employees across 70+ locations and over 3 billion CHF in annual revenue, needed a reliable way to manage and secure a distributed network of more than 600 switches and routers. The challenge was to enforce consistent configuration policies, detect local changes in real time, and reduce unforeseen network issues while giving central teams a clear, continuous overview of network health.

With implementation support from partner eb-Qual AG, Manor deployed Infoblox NetMRI (NCCM) to centralize discovery, auditing, change management and automated corrective actions. The solution delivers real-time change logs and a simple health overview, enabling faster network reviews, fewer surprises for administrators, automated remediation, and ongoing standardization of infrastructure and processes — improving both efficiency and security across all stores.
