Case Study: Danone achieves nonstop DNS availability and simplified management with Infoblox appliances

A Infoblox Case Study

Preview of the Danone Case Study

DANONE - Customer Case Study

Groupe DANONE, a global leader in healthy food products with 88,000+ employees and operations in over 120 countries, relies on its corporate network (D@nNet) for 24x7 intranet services. As DANONE rolled out Microsoft Active Directory, its existing Windows-based DNS infrastructure proved complex to manage and vulnerable to availability, scalability and security challenges.

DANONE deployed Infoblox purpose-built DNS appliances (DNSone), aided by integrator NetQost to migrate records via the Infoblox API, and integrated the solution with Active Directory. The hardened appliances delivered easier management, failover, DHCP/IPAM integration and one-button upgrades, resulting in noticeably improved DNS availability, stronger security and plans to expand the solution across international sites.
