NTT Communications ICT Australia, a Sydney-based managed service and colocation provider and part of NTT Communications (a subsidiary of Japan’s largest telecom), needed unified visibility across its multi-tenant data centers. With diverse hardware and software stacks, they struggled to consistently collect and correlate metrics from config management deployments, Elasticsearch clusters, Linux hosts, and source control to support monitoring and capacity planning.

They implemented InfluxDB to centralize metric collection across those systems, enabling real-time monitoring of application queue depths, cluster health, OS performance, and deployment activity.
