Gravitational - Customer Case Study

Gravitational, an Oakland-based infrastructure startup with offices in Toronto and Munich, builds Telekube to make cloud applications portable and manageable across regions, data centers and cloud providers. Facing customer needs for Private SaaS deployments and multi-region Kubernetes-as-a-service, Gravitational required a secure, portable solution that could deliver multi-region deployment and monitoring without forcing customers to run uncontrolled infrastructure versions.

Gravitational packaged Kubernetes with its Teleport multi-region SSH and added InfluxData as the time-series database to provide real-time alerts, metrics and historical analysis. The combined solution lets SaaS vendors deploy complex, multi-tier applications into on‑prem and private environments as a single autonomous bundle, improving portability and scaling operational management across many clusters.
