Bevi - Customer Case Study

Bevi makes internet-connected “smart” water coolers that dispense still, sparkling, and flavored drinks from purified tap water with the goal of eliminating disposable bottles from the beverage supply chain. To scale that mission the company needed to move from a hardware-driven product to a software-driven, connected device that could report real-time usage and diagnostics, alert when stocks or CO2 are low, and enable remote upgrades and proactive servicing across a distributed fleet.

Bevi implemented a cloud-based monitoring stack centered on InfluxDB (with Grafana and backend services) so each cooler streams time-series events and diagnostics for real-time analysis and automation. The result: faster remote troubleshooting, proactive replenishment and maintenance, use of higher-quality short-shelf-life ingredients, and operational optimization that has helped Bevi save over 10 million bottles and cans, improve customer satisfaction through flavor insights, and attract interest from beverage partners.
