Smart Targeting Improves Women’s Cardiovascular Health & Exceeds Campaign Goals at Presence Health

Presence Health, the second-largest health system in Illinois serving 4.5 million people, needed to quickly identify women at risk for cardiovascular disease and drive online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) completions. In partnership with Influence Health and using its Digital Marketing Cloud, Presence Health launched a targeted multi-channel campaign (paid search, paid social, email, direct mail and web) with a goal of 1,200 completed HRAs.

Influence Health deployed its Predict Healthcare CRM, Persuade campaign management and Unified Lead Management to identify high-target audiences, personalize outreach and measure performance across channels. The campaign generated 1.325 million impressions, 22,138 clicks and 4,106 completed HRAs (about 342% of the original goal), with strong channel results — direct mail yielded 909 completed HRAs (71.5% completion among starters), email produced 410 HRAs (3.6% conversion), social posts saw a 54.7% completion rate — and the program delivered measurable patient engagement and downstream lead handling for Presence Health.
