Piedmont Healthcare developed the Piedmont On Call app to connect patients with board‑certified ER doctors via secure video chat, but needed an effective way to promote the mobile service, drive downloads and track performance. Piedmont engaged Influence Health and used its PERSUADE platform (powered by BrightWhistle) to reach mobile users on social channels.
Influence Health used PERSUADE to manage and optimize mobile campaigns on Facebook and Twitter—leveraging Twitter’s mobile app install ads to route users directly to the Apple App Store—and to track results. Over two months the effort produced 48 app downloads from Facebook and 379 app clicks from Twitter (to open or install the app), delivering measurable acquisition lift for Piedmont On Call.
