Piedmont Healthcare needed to track and manage leads from its GoRed for Women $100 heart‑screening campaign across a wide mix of marketing channels. After a successful 2015 Facebook push using PERSUADE (powered by BrightWhistle), Piedmont engaged Influence Health to provide a unified, scalable solution for the 2016 multi‑channel effort.
Influence Health deployed its OPTIMIZE Unified Lead Management (ULM) platform—using the Lead Management Dashboard, Landing Page and Form Builders, Form Tracker, Phone Number Manager and alerts—to capture and standardize leads from 12 channels. The ULM console tracked 1,320 total leads in February, provided real‑time source attribution and pipeline visibility, and consolidated performance measurement so Piedmont could quantify and manage campaign results from a single platform.
