Platte Valley Medical Center (PVMC) in Brighton, Colorado sought to boost awareness of its women’s services and create a personal, engaging way for women to learn about health. To reach its goal of registering at least 600 women for a Girls’ Night Out event, PVMC engaged Influence Health and its PERSUADE services to run a 45-day social media campaign (including targeted Facebook ads) alongside print and direct-mail promotion.
Influence Health’s PERSUADE campaign and multi-channel promotion helped PVMC exceed its goal with 700 registrants and 60 on a wait list; 52% of attendees had never been to a hospital event before. Measurable results included a 1.143% click-through rate, $17.88 cost per lead, 100% of leads calling the tracked phone number, and strong downstream impact (72% likely to make a lifestyle change, 67% have scheduled or will schedule follow-ups, and 75% hold a more favorable opinion of the hospital).
