Fremont Health Uses CRM Technology to Deliver Multi-Channel Results

Fremont Health, a one-hospital health system in rural Nebraska, wanted to better prepare expectant mothers and their partners for childbirth, breastfeeding, car-seat safety, infant immunizations and related services. To reach a digitally savvy audience and expand beyond traditional in-person classes, Fremont partnered with Influence Health using its CRM technology and strategic support team to identify pregnant patients and enroll them in targeted educational programs.

Influence Health implemented a two-phase, multi-channel campaign (email automation starting April 2017 and direct mail in August 2017) by uploading clinic-collected registration data into its CRM monthly, sending automated emails ~17 weeks before due dates and direct mail ~4 months before due dates with trackable CTAs. The program reached 163 people, produced 69 total class participants (45 unique attendees), achieved a combined response rate of 68% (email 67%, direct mail 100%), and resulted in 111 deliveries at Fremont Health — demonstrating measurable ROMI and improved outreach enabled by Influence Health.
