Brookwood Baptist Health, the largest primary care network in Alabama, needed a more effective digital approach to reduce stigma and increase access for mental health services after initial Google and Facebook efforts produced high costs and low engagement. They partnered with Influence Health and used the Persuade platform to retool messaging, improve call center and lead workflows, and better target patients, caregivers and parents.
Influence Health managed paid search and paid social campaigns and associated landing pages via Persuade, and within ~200 days delivered 1.1M impressions, 557 leads, 137 conversions (24.6% conversion rate), an average CPC of $1.03, average CPL of $18.52, $75.29 average cost per conversion (inclusive of fees), and a 4:1 ROI—raising awareness, improving access to care, and producing measurable financial return.
