Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System was struggling to dominate Google search results with a homegrown marketing approach—key service keywords underperformed, paid search required expertise and budget they lacked, and maintaining accurate local listings (NAP) across 80+ locations and nearly 300 physicians was time consuming and inconsistent. They engaged Influence Health to strengthen both paid search and local search performance, using Google ad extensions, targeted service-line campaigns, mobile-responsive landing pages, and ongoing local listing management.
Influence Health implemented targeted paid-search campaigns across priority service lines, optimized ad extensions and landing pages, and managed ongoing local NAP accuracy and SEO (including fixing broken listings after website updates). The engagement delivered 5.1M impressions, 97,000+ clicks and 4,179 leads, with a 42% increase in clicks to the website, 32% increase in click-to-call and a 144% increase in “get directions.” Local search accuracy rose to 88% for locations and 83% for providers, impressions increased 15% (492,857 to 569,016), and there were 84,059 total actions (clicks to website, clicks to call, get directions).
