HOW TAKING A PERSON-BASED ADVERTISING APPROACH HELPED DISCO ‘RE-CONNECT’ WITH ITS AUDIENCE AND DRIVE NEW OPPORTUNITIES

DISCO, a cloud-based legal discovery platform for law firms, corporations, and government agencies, faced a major outreach challenge when the pandemic disrupted its event-driven and phone-based sales process. With prospects working remotely and harder to reach, DISCO needed a new way to reconnect with its audience and generate pipeline. Influ2 provided the contact-level advertising solution DISCO used to fill that gap.

Using Influ2’s Contact-Level Advertising (PBA), DISCO targeted decision-makers at key accounts with personalized ads and content tailored to different stages of the buying journey. The campaign drove strong engagement, including 40 clicks from decision-makers, more than 1,700 impressions, and three direct visits to digital assets at one major financial institution. Influ2 also fed engagement signals into Salesforce to help sales act quickly, and DISCO reported tracking about 2,000 opportunities overall, with some originating from the PBA campaigns.
