Mountain House, a freeze-dried food brand for hikers, hunters, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts, wanted to improve eCommerce conversion rates by making better use of user-generated content (UGC). Inflow used ReadyPulse (now ExpertVoice) to curate high-quality Instagram contest photos and dynamically place them on Mountain House’s category pages, after a smaller homepage test showed limited impact. The updated UGC placement led to a 13% lift in online conversion rates, while also strengthening brand credibility and customer loyalty by featuring real people using the products.
