Oney Bank, a French banking and financial services company, was managing project and QA work with outdated Microsoft Excel and Word-based processes plus multiple tools used by different teams. Inflectra Corporation’s SpiraTest was introduced to replace this fragmented setup with a single, centralized system for requirements, test cases, defects, and project management.

Inflectra Corporation implemented SpiraTest, along with RemoteLaunch, to support Oney Bank’s end-to-end design, development, testing, and reporting workflows, with Jira data synchronization and customizable reporting. The result was a more streamlined and productive process, automatic QA metrics for the first time, and consolidation of testers, developers, and designers on one platform across about 200 projects and 240 users, including roughly 50 concurrent users.
