Natural Gas Utility Adopts Modern Test Management with SpiraTeam from Inflectra

Natural Gas Utility worked with Inflectra Corporation to modernize its testing approach and replace legacy Micro Focus tools. The company had little to no test management in place across most projects, and after limited experience with HP-ALM, it looked for a more reliable, configurable, and cost-effective platform to centralize test management and prepare for automation.

Inflectra Corporation implemented SpiraTeam with RemoteLaunch to support requirements management, release management, defect tracking, help desk ticketing, document management, test management, and automated testing. The solution was deployed across about 30 projects for roughly 50 users, helping the utility improve testing processes and ticket handling while gaining a flexible system that could be self-configured to fit its needs.
