Generali Insurance Achieves Real-Time Quality Visibility with SpiraTeam from Inflectra

Generali Insurance, a global insurance leader with nearly 600 testers supporting about 65 software projects, needed to simplify a complex QA environment that relied on more than a dozen tools, including Bugzilla, Excel, TOSCA, Testlink, Ranorex, Jira, and others. The company wanted a single platform to support both waterfall and agile work, improve collaboration, and provide end-to-end visibility across the software delivery process, so it turned to Inflectra Corporation and its SpiraTeam platform.

Inflectra Corporation implemented SpiraTeam with key integrations to Ranorex and Jira, along with easy migration from Testlink and import of legacy Word and Excel documents. The result was real-time visibility into test progress and coverage, improved reporting and workflow generation, greater understanding of QA processes, and a streamlined toolset that replaced over one dozen products. Generali also reported easy deployment and maintenance, minimal training of just 1–2 hours, and scaled usage across roughly 70 projects, 600 users, and 100 concurrent users.
