Over 500 Infinova IP Cameras Work in Tandem With Analog at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre

Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), one of the Middle East’s largest exhibition venues, needed to unify its existing analog surveillance system with a new IP-based solution as the center expanded. The challenge was to protect its prior investment in analog equipment while creating a single, seamless video surveillance environment. Infinova’s V2216 network video management software and IP cameras were selected to bridge the two systems.

Infinova implemented a hybrid surveillance solution with more than 500 IP cameras, along with monitors, matrix switchers, and fiber optic transceivers connected across sub-control rooms and a centralized archiving system. The result was a unified security platform that let ADNEC staff manage analog and IP video together, store recorded footage for one month, and secure the perimeter with usable video evidence even at great distances.
