JAS Toll Plaza, located on the NH-4 highway in Karnataka, needed a robust surveillance setup to monitor vehicle movement, protect toll operators from vandalism, deter tampering by toll attendants, secure the cash room, and support centralized oversight across the toll facility. Infinova, working with Ace Technologies, was selected to provide the CCTV and video management technology for the project.

Infinova implemented a 24/7 surveillance solution using V1748-IR MP IPT dome cameras, V2448B analog IR bullet cameras, V2509 E-Encoders, Dell storage servers, dedicated fiber connectivity between the toll plazas, and Infinova VZ216 video management software. The system recorded and stored footage from 48 channels with seven days of storage, improving toll plaza security, operational monitoring, and centralized control from the Nagpur command center.
