Escala Condominium Tower in Seattle needed a high-security, high-quality video surveillance solution that would fit its upscale design and integrate with access control across 31 floors. Infinova worked with Sequoyah Electric to meet the architects’ specification for unobtrusive, low-profile cameras that could deliver excellent image quality in low light while supporting resident entry control.

Infinova implemented an integrated IP camera solution using more than 100 V5411-A2004SB Minidome cameras alongside S2 Security access control and On-Net Surveillance Systems video management. The system provides 24/7 recording at 25 FPS with 30-day archiving, covers all elevator doors and lobbies, and blends into the condominium’s décor while still acting as a deterrent in public areas. Sequoyah Electric reported that Infinova was easy to work with, simplified installation, and helped them deliver a competitive, successful project.
