medi Manufacturing, a global maker of medical compression garments, faced frequent data-entry errors, heavy paperwork and an outdated homegrown quality system that risked noncompliance with medical-device validation requirements. To replace that system and improve shop-floor visibility, medi selected InfinityQS and its ProFicient SPC-based quality platform to meet validation, ease-of-use and reporting needs.

InfinityQS implemented ProFicient at medi’s Whitsett facility with a customized GUI, Dynamic Scheduler, machine integrations (knitting, dyeing, sewing, CMD-100 compression checks, etc.), barcode-enabled final inspection and third‑party validation.
